Your wardrobe photos and closet database are stored exclusively in app-private sandboxed storage on your physical device. Zero automatic OS cloud sync or photo leaks.
Strict AI Ephemerality
AI look evaluations (via Google Gemini & Supabase) process images strictly in-memory during styling requests. Photos are never used to train public foundation models or sold to third parties.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and RivalHive ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Outfiquemobile application, website, and related digital services (the "Services").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, REGISTERING WITH, OR USING OUTFIQUE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SERVICES.
2.Description of Services & AI Styling Features
Outfique is an AI-powered personal stylist and smart digital closet platform providing:
- Wardrobe Intelligence: Digital closet cataloging, garment utilization metrics, cost-per-wear tracking, and wardrobe health analysis.
- AI Outfit Analysis & "Check My Look": Real-time assessment of outfit cohesion, color harmony, and fit suitability for human photos, flat lays, hangers, and shop displays.
- "Which One Should I Buy" (Trial Check™): Side-by-side comparative analysis of prospective clothing purchases in dressing rooms against your closet.
- Smart Packing: Dynamic capsule packing list generation based on destination weather, trip length, and occasion.
- Style Finder & Shopping Inspiration: Image-based clothing search, outfit pairings, and aggregated regional shopping references.
- Style Widgets & Reminders: Fashion inspiration, daily style nudges, and scheduled outfit planning notifications.
3.AI Stylist Output & Disclaimer of Professional Advice
- Inspirational Guidance Only: All outfit suggestions, ratings, color palette recommendations, and styling analyses generated by Outfique (including Google Gemini and on-device AI algorithms) are provided strictly for fashion inspiration, entertainment, and personal informational purposes.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI algorithms can misinterpret images due to lighting, camera angles, or resolution. Outfique makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of styling advice.
- Not Professional Advice: Outfique does not provide medical, legal, financial, professional image consulting, or safety advice. You are solely responsible for all final wardrobe and purchasing decisions.
4.Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Billing (Outfique Pro)
A. Subscription Plans: Outfique offers free core features alongside premium Outfique Pro auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly at ₹49 / ~$0.59 and Annual at ₹499 / ~$5.99).
B. Platform Processing: All subscription charges, billing cycles, renewals, and payments are handled directly by the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). Outfique does not store payment cards or banking credentials.
C. Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Account Subscriptions or Apple ID Subscriptions. Canceling stops future auto-renewals while retaining access through the end of the paid term. Refund requests are governed strictly by Google Play or Apple App Store policies.
5-10.Intellectual Property, User Conduct & Liability
Your Content: You retain ownership of uploaded wardrobe photos. You grant RivalHive permission to process them strictly to generate styling advice.
RivalHive IP: All app design, software code, algorithms, and branding are the exclusive property of RivalHive.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, RivalHive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and liability is capped at $50 USD or fees paid in the past 6 months.
